According to Facebook Audience Network recent study nearly 3 in 4 of today’s mobile gamers happily accept in-game ads. 54% of US people surveyed said they prefer rewarded ads over paid access to premium digital content. Most gamers replied they would rather see advertisements to keep the game free. (neat 70% of US gamers). They understand the benefits for both parties from and ready to exchange their time and attention for access to entertainment or service benefits. Also, people understand that for watching rewarded in-game videos they also receive something of value.
Mobile game in-app advertising revenues are expected to be $51.4 billion by 2020.
